This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and access data to provide the website. For transfers to the USA, appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses) and/or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework are in place.

6. Content management system (Storyblok)

Content and media (texts, images, videos) on this website are provided via the headless CMS Storyblok by Storyblok GmbH, Bräunerstraße 5/8, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Storyblok stores content and media on servers within the EU. When images are retrieved, your IP address is transmitted to Storyblok; no analysis of your usage behaviour takes place.

7. Contact form

You can use the contact form on our website to send us enquiries. Providing your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, and a message is mandatory; you may also optionally provide a company name.

We use the submitted data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to initiate a contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) as well as our legitimate interest (lit. f). Once your enquiry has been handled, the data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply (in particular § 132 BAO, 7 years).

8. E-mail delivery (MailerSend)

To send the e-mails generated by the contact form and the automatic confirmation of receipt to you, we use the services of MailerSend Inc., 1900 Saint James Place, Suite 480, Houston, TX 77056, USA. The data entered in the contact form is transmitted to MailerSend and processed solely for the purpose of sending the e-mail. Data is transferred to the USA; appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses) are in place.

9. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our hosting provider's server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established in this process.

10. Cookies and local storage values

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies and local storage values, which store preferences such as your preferred display mode (light/dark mode) or the selected language version. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. You can prevent cookies from being stored in your browser at any time or delete cookies that have already been stored.

11. Embedded YouTube videos

Where a YouTube video is embedded on individual pages, it will only be loaded after your active selection (clicking the play button). We use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From the moment playback begins, a connection is established to servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; the provider in the USA is Google LLC. In particular, your IP address and device information are processed.
