F&T Dichtungstechnik – Specialist in pumps, pump service and mechanical seals

Behind F&T stands an interdisciplinary team of now more than 60 employees, comprising service technicians, sealing specialists, pump experts, manufacturing and engineering professionals.

The company is managed by Ing. Erich Frühwirth and Meho Tabakovic – both with many years of hands-on experience in mechanical seal and pump technology, working together since the early 1990s.

The story of F&T begins long before the company was officially founded. It begins with people who learned their trade from the ground up – with experience, technical understanding and the commitment to do things not just adequately, but properly.

Over many years, Erich Frühwirth and Meho Tabakovic built up comprehensive expertise in sealing technology, pump engineering and direct customer relations. They knew the industry's challenges from first-hand experience and understood what truly matters in day-to-day operations: reliability, quality and solutions that work in the long term.

What started small grew step by step – driven by hard work, a handshake you can count on and the courage to take responsibility. From shared decisions, long working days and the trust of customers, a clear vision emerged:to build a company that people can rely on.

With the founding of F&T, that vision became reality. From a modest beginning, a modern operation evolved over the years, with its own production facilities, coating technology, repair expertise and a strong team.

Yet despite growth and technical advancement, one thing has remained unchanged to this day: our attitude. We believe in honest work, in quality without compromise and in long-term partnerships. These are the values that have defined F&T from day one – and that make us the company we are today.
