Training & education

Training & education is an integral part of our corporate culture at F&T. Rather than generic theoretical programmes, we focus on practical knowledge transfer – supported by experienced colleagues, internal training sessions, and targeted external courses.

Our goal: to build expertise sustainably and apply it directly in day-to-day work – from apprentice to experienced technician.
